These Terms govern your use of ChinaSourceDirect ("we", "us"), operated by NuobenData at factorydossier.com. By using the site or our services you agree to these Terms.
We help overseas buyers, sourcing agents and intermediaries connect directly with verified Chinese source factories, through two services: (1) a Verified Supplier Data Report, and (2) Quality Inspection & Escrow-Secured Transaction. We are a sourcing and verification facilitator; we are not the manufacturer of the goods.
Supplier data reports are compiled from multi-source data and reasonable verification. Where offered, "Verify-Then-Pay" lets you independently verify a report before payment. Reference prices and capacities are indicative and subject to confirmation with the factory. Decision-maker contacts are provided only with the relevant factory's prior consent.
Third-party inspection reflects the condition observed at inspection time against agreed criteria. Escrow / trade-assurance terms, including the commission on transaction value, are agreed per project before the transaction proceeds.
Initial consultation is free. Data reports are charged as a one-time fee per report. Inspection & escrow is charged as a success-based commission on the transaction value. All fees are agreed case-by-case before work begins, with no hidden charges.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the requirements you submit, for your own import compliance and duties, and for final commercial decisions. We facilitate; you contract with the factory.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business (Foshan, Guangdong, China), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
